Since yesterday's update the app crashes every time I try to open a document. I'm on a mobile android with all software up to date.

Hi @Paxton23042625h3tr 
I had exactly the same problem on my S25 Ultra and was able to solve it by doing the following:
1. delete app cache and data
2. restart my device
3. reinstalled the app

Sorry for the troubled experience, and thanks for reaching out. 

What happens if you open Acrobat and then try opening a PDF document? Does it still crash?  Have you tried reinstalling the app and restarting your device? 

 

A screen recording or short video of what happens when you try to use one or more feature, will help us investigate further and escalate if needed. 

 

 Also, share Android version and device make and model.
