When I exit the file and reopen it is fine. But it will not save a copy nor will it sync to my cloud storage.  Please Advise.

thanks,

Hi @zero plus,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

Adding to what Bernd said, you might want to check the storage space available on your Adobe Cloud Storage.

If you are out of storage, the files may stop syncing automatically without a prompt. You may check available storage from the link: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/.

Hope this helps.

decipher what my limit is.

Hi @zero plus,

If 13 MB is the space left on your cloud storage, I suggest you remove a few files from the storage list that you already have a backup copy of on a different location.

To look for your entire storage space on your account, you may visit https://account.adobe.com/plans/.

You will see all your entitlements and the storage space you can access on the page that comes in.

@zero plus

Thanks for the information. On the Adobe Cloud Portal: https://acroat.adobe.com/link/documents/

can you check to upload a file if it works?

If it does, try the below steps once:

1. Open Acrobat Reader Mobile and log out of the application

2. Restart the device;

3. Open Reader Mobile again and log in to the application.

Note: These steps are being provided based on the above information that you cannot upload files or save a copy of a file to Adobe Cloud Storage.

Hi @angieh85171670,

Sorry for the trouble.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow or the error you get?

Also, do you experience the same problem with saving comments or viewing and saving PDF files?

A sample file would be great if you could share it.

I suggest you update the application to the latest version available on the store.
