Hi Abujo,

We see that you have an Acrobat Premium subscription that only works on the Acrobat Reader mobile application. I don't know what you mean by the official system having a premium service. If you're able to share more information about the premium service you are referring to, we can just share the correct information.

If you are looking for a service that you can use across all devices, desktop, mobile, and web, then you need to purchase the Acrobat Pro subscription. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/3G1KaD8

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Hi Abujo,

Thank you for reaching out.

As Bernd Alheit mentioned, the Acrobat premium service works only on mobile devices. You cannot use the Acrobat Premium subscription for the desktop applications. For more information, please refer to the following help document: https://adobe.ly/4e5mrP6

Feel free to let us know if you have any questions.

Thanks,

Meenakshi

Thank you for your response, but I would like to know how to get across system access for the same subscription. Because my official system has a premium service currently running which I paid for.

I meant that my official PC has a paid premium subscription as well. Which debunks the fact that only mobile devices have that feature.

I am writing to understand why my second paid premium membership running on my phone can also run on my personal PC?
