Hi! I've just purchased a monthly subscription and it doesn't allow me to enter into the files for editing etc.

error 12

Correct answer S_S

Hi @Roberto37255368ecdy,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat's subscription.

This error is generally shown when Apple does not share a confirmation of your purchase going through.

This is a server side issue from Apple not confirming your subscription rather than Acrobat having anything to do.

If you still experience the same issue, I suggest reaching out to Apple support to check the anomalies and then try again.

Hope this clarifies your question.

it seems many people are having this issue and yet Adobe are sherking responsibility to help fix it? You are taking money from subscriptions and we as custoimers are unable to use your product. I have had this issue for 6mths and it is delaying work and I can't resolve the issue. WHat is Adobe going to do to fix this?

I checked your email address registered here in the community and couldn't find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium. I also noticed that you have both a personal and an enterprise account associated with the same Adobe ID. If you're trying to access services through your enterprise, please make sure you're logged in using your enterprise account.

For more detailed information, you can visit the help page here: Enterprise ID FAQ.

I hope this helps! If you have any other questions or need further assistance, please don't hesitate to ask.
