Just so that we can proceed further, please confirm:
1. The iOS version you are running on your mobile device;
2. The application version of Acrobat you are using.
Also while you check so, if there are any updates pending for Mail, Acrobat Reader Mobile on app store or if there is any pending update on your iOS, please complete them and then check once if it works.
