I have the school version of creative cloud which includes adobe pro, but apparently I can't use it. So I bought adobe reader and adobe pro. I still am barred from Adobe pro.
I am trying to use adobe reader to convert a pdf into an excel file. It only lets me convert it to excel online, not into the excel widget on my macbook. Why? What am I supposed to do?

I assume you're working with your school support on the Acrobat Pro issue. So... What is the problem with the online converter? You convert it, you download it, you have an Excel file. (It may not be much use, because conversion is guesswork, but that's a whole other story).

Hello Mark,
Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with converting pdf file sto excel workbook.
Would you mind sharing the screen recording of the work flow you are using when trying to convert and the error message you get when trying to convert.
Also, I would suggest you to sign out of the application once -> restart the device-> sign in again to your organization account and then check once.
Since you are able to use the features on the online portal, it looks like there is an issue with the sign in of the account and the application is unable to track down the subscription.
Let me know if this helps.
Regards,
Souvik.
