Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to see watermarks on the files you open with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
The feature you are referring to is available on the desktop version of the application.
What I'd suggested is to fill out the feature request form. Our team would love to know more about it: https://acrobat.uservoice.com/
