J'ai pris un abonnement à l'assistant AI, mais je n'arrive pas à l'utiliser. Il me demande de m'abonner et après il me dit que je suis déjà abonné. Je ne peux même pas l'utiliser. Que faire?

I’ve used the AI Assistant mostly for summarizing long PDFs and asking quick questions about the content. It saves a lot of time, especially with stuff like reports or manuals.

Bonjour j'ai le même problème. J'ai payé un abonnement de l'assistant IA le 11 novembre 2024 mais le lendemain on me dit que mon abonnement est fini. J'ai essayé de restaurer mes achat. On me dit qu'il y a un abonnement actif qui n'est pas lié à mon compte et que je dois me déconnecter et me reconnecter avec un compte  null. Est-ce qu'il est possible de rattacher cet abonnement à mon compte? Merci

I have tried searching for the AI assistant subscription with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to trace it. If you may have used a different Adobe ID for the subscription, please let us know via private message so we can track it further.

Also, you must have got the purchase confirmation email after subscribing to the AI assistant, it would be very helpful if you could share a copy of the same with all the necessary purchase information so we can get this investigated by our backend team.

I have checked the Adobe account with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any paid/active subscription. If you may have used a different Adobe ID, please let us know via private message so we can check it further. In the meantime you may also try to 'Restore Purchases', tap on the profile icon > Go to Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and see if that helps.

If it still doesn't work, please share the screenshot of the purchase confirmation email for further tracking the subscription.

I have the same problem. I paid an "Ask AI" subscription but now that I am trying to use it, it sais that I have to subscribe. Could you please help me?

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with the AI Assistant subscription.

 

I checked the email address you registered on the community and couldn't find an active subscription for AI Assistant.

 

From the screenshot, it looks like a peculiar case of Email mismatch when using Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Would you mind going to PlayStore, clicking on your profile, checking the email address you are logged in to, and then cross-verifying the same on Reader Mobile?
