App keeps crashing

Hello

 

On my Ipad and Iphone Acrobat reader app keep crashing as soon as open it. I have turn off and off iphone, uninstalled and reinstalled it. It has latest verion and devices got latest IOS but still keeps crashing

 

Not sure what to do?

    The same thing happens to me. It disappears as soon as I open it. I have done the same fixes to no avail.
