App malfunction

New Here ,
Jun 17, 2022 Jun 17, 2022

I have the year subscription and won't be up for renewal until December. For some reason the app isn't acknowledging my account. The functions I need say I need to purchase the package when I know I already it I select purchase again anyway hoping to get past this problem. That still doesn't work it just tells me when my subscription expires and then I try to log in again and it give me an error.

Hello Bre,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I searched with your email address registered here on our community boards and could not look for an active subscription.

However, since the subscription is purchased from the AppStore, try the below steps once and let me know if it helps:

1. Log out from Acrobat Reader Mobile Application;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in to Acrobat Reader Mobile using Apple ID.

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

You realise you now have multiple subscriptions and will have to pay for them for a year?

It wouldn't allow me to start a new subscription because there was one already active

Hi,

Did you try logging out of Acrobat Reader Mobile and then logging back in with your Apple ID? If yes, let me know if it helped.
