Hello,
Conditions:
1. The device is a Samsung smartphone.
2. I'm viewing a PDF document in Adobe PDF Reader.
3. I'm taking a screenshot using the Samsung hotkeys (Power + Volume Down).
4. At the same time, the Samsung screenshot toolbar opens, along with an automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader, which allows you to "Share screenshot and full document link."
5. The automatic pop-up from Adobe PDF Reader prevents me from enlarging the screenshot as usual using the Samsung screenshot toolbar's scroll-down function. My question is: How can I prevent Adobe PDF Reader from automatically popping up so that I can take screenshots of PDF documents using the scroll-down function again?
Thanks in advance!

Hi there
Hope you are doing well, and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat app and the OS you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and try updating the app to the latest version available on the App/Play Store and reboot the computer once.
Also, share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs so we can check it further at our end.
