Can't delete a document on Android tablet in read only mode

Is it possible to change a document from read only so it can be deleted from device?  It is a playbill which was only needed when I attended the theater and now I can't get rid of it.

Hello,

As per your description I understand that you want to make changes to a read only document.

Read only documents are created as such so that there are no changes that can be made on to them. Just in case if you have one such document, you can either export it to a new pdf file or print it to a pdf file and then try to edit it.
