Can’t get my Adobe to initialize

I'm getting this message adobeaissessionclamestatuserrordo-main error 8. Can you help me my subscription is current till aug.1/2022 and it will not register my subscription

Sorry for the delayed response, It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
