Can't link OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat mobile on Android

Community Beginner ,
Sep 20, 2021 Sep 20, 2021

Hi,

I want to link my OneDrive to Adobe Acrobat on Android but it gives this message: Failed to link OneDrive, please contact IT admin for consent.

I don't think I have a problem with my account because I can connect the same OneDrive account to Acrobat Reader on Windows and it works properply.

I hope you can help me find a solution.

@Cyhman12366651886lbx Are you using an enterprise account to log in to your OneDrive?

This message is normally shown for enterprise accounts that require admin approval to log in.

I have the same problem on my Samsung Galaxy Tab S9. The Apps and System are up to date and I have a University account for both Adobe and Microsoft 365. The link works without a problem on my Windows PC and Android Smartphone Xiaomi Poco F5. Is this just a problem on Samsung mobile devices?

I have also contacted our IT department, but they refered me to Adobe or Microsoft.

@Peter38302935vdrx, As mentioned above, enterprises and organizations use their own security gateways when allowing access to the any applications or logins.

In your case, it was Microsoft Authenticator. For other organizations, it might be different, so reaching out to the IT team is the best solution in this case.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well.

Have you tried installing the Microsoft Authenticator Android app from the Google Play Store and see if that helps? Please note that you are not required to sign in to this app.

Let us know how it goes.
