Can’t upload files from cloud

I use the acrobat reader to combine photos to a pdf document to upload to my jobs website.

Lately, when I try to upload the files from the cloud to my work website, I am unable to find the file. However, I can find the file on

the app when I look for them.

I reached out to Apple support and they just referred me here. Can anyone help? Please see attached video for reference.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

I have raised this issue with the team for their further investigation.

Meanwhile, I suggest you save the files to your internal storage first and then try to upload them to the website.

I will update the thread as soon as I have a resolution.

We tried at our end, and the issue is a limitation from Apple's end when showing files saved on the cloud.

Also, can you check going back to the browse section-> location picker-> select Acrobat and then check if the files show up?
