Hello, I purchased a 1 month only subscription using my credit card and today it charged me again as if I wanted to renew my "plan". I don't want to and I didn't agree to this automatic renewing of the "plan". I went to "Manage plan" area and there's nothing there, no active plan to cancel, there's no place where I can unlink my credit card. I want to cancel the the plan, my money back and the card to be unlinked to not future automatic charges.

Hi Isabela,
We did check your account status through the registered email on Adobe. We couldn't find any subscription registered under your account.
In this scenario, what we assume is that, email address initially used to register the for subscription is a different than this one.
Is there any other email you could probably think of? Please share it with us via private message.
To initiate private message:

2- click on Send message at upper right corner.
3- type your message and send.

I completely forgot that I had used another account to subscribe. Thanks for the insight, it was very helpful. The issue is solved now.
