Cannot open file

Why can't I open certain files on my phone with Adobe. I get the message " document cannot be opened because it is damaged" , for example a boardingpass from an airline. I can open it on my laptop! It's very annoing when I only have my Phone at my disposal.

Can you please share a few details with us:

1. The application version you are using.

2. The operating system you use [Android/iOS] and the version.

3. A screenshot of the error message you get.

4. A sample file if you can so that we can check on our end and try to reproduce the issue.
