Cannot open pdf file that used to be open-able

Recently i cannot open any pdf file that i downloaded from any kind of apps , such as telegram and whatsapp . It become like in the picture i shown . I desperately need help as i cannot find the solution in the internet nor youtube . Because i need to view the file that my lecturers are sending . My iphone model is Iphone 12 Pro , version 14.6 . Thank you so much for your help

We are sorry, you're having difficulties. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Application version?
  2. Can you open already stored PDFs, not the downloaded ones?

 

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
