Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble.
Would you mind sharing the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you are using? To check the version tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat and make sure you have the latest version. Also please try updating the app from Google Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) and reboot the computer once.
