I was randomly signed out of my account on IOS, and when I signed back in with my apple ID my subscriptions were no longer active. I try to restore my purchase and it gives me an error message. I check my subscriptions on Itunes and Adobe is active, but will not restore in the app when signed in with the same ID.

It could happen because of signing in with a wrong email when you purchased the Premium iOS subscription with a different ID and signed in into Reader mobile with a different one.
