Is there a way to combine 200 pages into 50 pgs?

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to compress the pages.

The feature you are referring to is not a part of combining files but printing files to a PDF, which the Operating System handles you use [Android/iOS] and not Acrobat Reader Mobile.

For iOS, you have the option to shrink the pages by going to the Print settings and using the layout option (screenshot shared below):

Once you select the number of pages you want to shrink to, you can use the export feature to save a new copy of the PDF with the pages adjusted.

Unfortunately, Android UI does not provide the same options, which would need to be done using the desktop version of the Application through the print settings.
