Comments don’t sync on PDF from Android phone to Ipad using Acrobat Reader and Adobe Cloud

Why is it my comments don’t sync  when adding comments from my Android phone to my Ipad?.

 

I've deleted the Acrobat Reader app and reinstalled in my Android and it's still the same problem.

 

I have 63 comments on my pdf file on my Ipad Acrobat Reader (free version).

 

They used to sync fine with this pdf that I've been commenting on for months.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble.

 

Please ensure you add comments to the file saved on Adobe Cloud Storage, not locally. Then only the comments will sync. In the Acrobat Reader application, go to Files > Adobe Cloud storage. Open the files and then add the comments. Also, please check if the internet connection is not intermittent on both devices.

If you are still experiencing the issue, please share the screen recording for both devices showing what happened. Also, check if it occurs on a particular document or with other PDFs.

I am adding comments through Adobe Cloud on both devices. I will have to borrow a third device/camera to record the screens on both at the same time. Please be on the lookout for that in a week or two.
