How do I disable cloud storage? I'm only going to assume that updates were made and now all my files are being saved on the cloud, I need to disable it asap. Help please

ONCE AGAIN, YOU SKIRTED THE QUESTION

@KXM Acrobat Cloud storage can be disabled from the backend if you are on an enterprise account.

Note: Adobe Cloud Storage does not automatically back up files unless done so manually.

For enterprise user admins, you can check this page for reference: Mobile Acrobat and AppConfig — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment (adobe.com)

Not sure if you ever got the response you were looking for. This is why people like me will ALWAYS download/install the software directly to my computer, or find other software if thats not permitted. For this situation, I've designated one laptop specifically for Photoshop (and certain other programs), installed the program locally and disabled all internet access. I use this laptop for all software which tries to force the cloud-garbage down our throats. Its sad that companies have become so shady we have to resort to things like this. There may be settings which can be toggled on/off in Photoshop to control cloud access, but I'm more comfortable taking the simple (yet slightly restrictive) approach of just disabling all connections.

Hi @tackle unlimited,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, you want to disable cloud storage.

By design, Acrobat Reader Mobile does not save files to the cloud unless done manually.

So, if you have the cloud account logged in, the files will not be affected or uploaded automatically unless you use the option to upload to Acrobat Cloud Storage.

Hope this clarifies your question.

The person who asked the question wanted a direct answer, which you did not provide. The proper response would be a numbered list of steps to accomplish the tadh without the marketing fluff. Try again.

"Note: Adobe Cloud Storage does not automatically back up files unless done so manually."

Not true.  I just found 41 files on cloud storage that I did not put there.  They were automatically synced by my Lightroom Mobile app from my iPhone!  There are also 693.7MB of files there that I did not put there!  How do I remove them from your cloud storage without having them delted from wherever it was that they were synced???

Finally, since I am not putting these on the cloud, how do I disable your cloud app on my Windows, Mac, and iPhone, so that this does not happen again?!?
