Can I disable the request to use liquid mode in the Android app. It asks me every time I open a document. It is so annoying.

Adobe seems to have the same mindset as our federal government in that "if it ain't broke, fix it til it is". Here it is 2024 and I'm hating liquid mode prompts and the fact that once enabled there is no going back permanently, you have to disable it forever.

With that I'm leaving Acrobat and going to something less "feature rich" (see image) with the hope that i can simply open a document and read it without changing a single setting.

who is Paladin 67 ?  I keep getting posts and replies under this user name. some ver rude and none of any use. If someone at Acrobat actually reads these posts , this entire thread, group, service, anything you like to call it ,along with the entire "liquid" wave, or whatever you call that. it may be a fun tool , but it is unnecessary in acrobat and it was launched without proper user avenues.

    Hi Christopher282722160e6s,

I was just the person who asked the original question. I stopped reading these replies when I stopped using acrobat because of the liquid mode prompt. I've looked and tried the disable method that ls_rbls described, and it works on Android. Thank you

I am not even an Adobe customer , seems I have been somehow absorbed into the community...well hello everyone. I do hope this will be corrected soon. Anything I can do to assist with that outcome.

Same here... searching for a way to disable this prompt for many, many months.  Haven't seen in past years adobes "pipeline" is in use... the comments are more like: customers don't have to care about their needs, we work on it own ideas. A pipeline to disable this "feature" (don't know who ever call this a feature, it's an annoyture!!), can't be taken that long... but if adobe would really care about their customers.

I gave up with this feature request... the politic is more than: easy or die.

Haven't seen adobe's "pipeline" used in the last few years... the comments are more like: customers don't have to worry about their needs, we work on our own ideas. I've given up requesting these (any) features... the customer feedback handling policy is more: eat or d...

I'm sorry to say this, but I'm not only frustrated about the features, programs, and the support... it's the whole idea from Adobe. But what can we do? If you're not working only for your own, you have to use their programs.

You do know that there is more than one Android app?

Please post the exact name of the Adobe program you use so a Moderator may move this message to that forum

I think you should be kind and say that it is intended behavior and there's no way to block this annoying message.
