Document signed digitally but digital signature does not appear.

When I receive via email  the document in PDF digitally signed, the digital signature does not appear. (see attached).However, the same document received via whatsapp, the signature appears accordingly.

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing with digital signatures not appearing.

 

Would you mind sharing a few details with us:

1.  Is the issue specific to a particular file or with all the files.

2. Is the user through whom you have received has signed in when signed in through their Adobe ID.

Hi Solvik. thank you so much for your attention, I really appreciate.

 

The answer are:

 

1- This happens in most of the files received via email. However, same file sent by whatsapp does not happen this case.

2- Yes, It was used the PDF from adobe to sign it electronically.

The file that you have shared, it contains a signature that is visible when you open the file on any platform. 

 

Can you please share with us any file in which the signature goes missing?

 

Also, are you using Adobe Scan to get the documents signed or just sharing the files over E-mail?
