Drawing box size default problem with new update

I use acrobat on iPad to fill out estimate forms for our company along with two other people. Today after updating to 23.12.00 version whenever I use the pencil to not locations the drawing box will extent to the edge of the page. Before it would only go to the extent of the drawing. My two coworkers have older versions and theirs still work like normal. The problem with the giant drawing box is it will not allow typing into text boxes. First photo is a co workers iPad and they way it normally works. The second is mine (Jeremy)

I am having exactly the same issue  - I use a PDF template to write music charts.

if I draw with one continuous line then it is ok, but if I use more than two lines then I get theirs same fault.

hopefully it will be resolved soon

Sure - here are two sample PDFs - one new one just showing a few drawings,
and one which was previously ok and I'm trying to edit, but can't
effectively do that.

I'm using iPad OS version 17.2

I do a template, then write with a stylus the music notes etc.... this was
working great until the recent Adobe Acrobat new version...

You will see some "drawings" on the enclosed PDF - a single drawn line
works fine still, the "box" covering that "drawing" is the right size.
However, any drawing with two or more lines creates a "box" that extends to
the bottom and to the left-handside of the PDF page. This makes it unusable
to edit and develop as you can't click on the box you want because it may
be covered by other boxes! Also, you can't move the box, eg lower or
further left because it already extends to that limit.

Hope that makes sense - please let me know if you need to see a demo or
need more information.

Many thanks
