Drop Down Items not visable

The form I have attached works fine on a pc, however on an iphone or mobile device the drop down items are not visible though if you try they are selectable. For example, if you select one of the many clock in drop down menu's, the items are all there however the background of the box is black and the text is black.  I've tried multiple ways to fix the issue with no luck.  I've attached the form for your review.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
