Error: this document could not be printed

Hi,

I normally print from my phone (android), and today I tried printing many different pdf files, and got the same error (in subject).

I reinstalled the app, and restarted my printer.

Btw, files that are not pdf are printing normally.

What can be the issue/fix?

If it matters my phone had run a system update to One IU 6.0.

Would you mind letting us know a few details for further investigation:

1. Do you use Acrobat to print the PDF files?

2. The app version of Acrobat you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

3. A sample file where you experience the issue to reproduce in-house;

4. A screen shot of the error you see.

Still no fix for the problem, even with the latest update.

I see in the app reviews section that many people experience this problem.

Hopefully there will be a fix soon. Please contact me again if you know

Our team tried the print workflow, and it is working fine. Would you mind letting us know which printer you use to print the file?

 

Also, are you using a Cannon Printer to print the file? If so, have you tried using the Canon Print Service app to print the file?

Hi,

I have good news!

Via the "regular" printing path, meaning - three dots -> print, I still get
the same error "this file could not be printed".

BUT via the path share file (three triangular circles next to three dots),
where I can share the documents link or invite people, I click the option
send a copy, and there I choose "printer"/"printing", and it goes to my
printing options. Finally.

I am sure I have tried this many times before and it didn't work, so I'm
guessing thank you for the fix!

By the way, my printer is HP OfficeJet Pro 8020.

I would still very much like to see the fix for the "regular" option I
mentioned above.

Hope you keep me updated.
And thank you for everything.

Actually I'm printing normally now, and I didn't even notice! Force of a
habbit.

My app is updated to the latest version, so I'm guessing the issue is fixed!
