A few documents (PDF) could not be printed nor saved.

Error: this document could not be printed, kindly refer to our page help for troubleshoot. 

Sometimes error mentioned invalid annotation.

Other PDFs and documents print fine. Please advise.

We've noted that some PDF files are not printing and are displaying an error message, while others print without any issues. It appears to be a problem specific to the file in question.

Hello, 

Unfortunately, we are unable to share the PDFs as they contain customer information. The problem can not be re-created in non-production server. And even in production, not every user is experiencing this issue.

We can print or save these 'bad' PDFs using other PDF reader tools, i.e. Kofax, Chrome/Edge/Azure Information Protection Viewer. 

Has anyone had experienced similar issue before?
