Error when processing files

Hello I'm trying to upload my signature in Jpg format but it is impossible.

I received this message:  An error was encountered while processing this image.

The image size is 90 kB.

This problem is in the App version of Adobe DC.

Help please.

1. Make and model of your device?
2. Application version?

4. Could you share the workflow you are using?

We did try to replicate the behavior on our end, however, it is working fine. Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.
