Exact time for download!

Hi. 

My insurance company is making like difficult for me and I need to show them a timestamp of a file I downloaded to my Samsung phone. It opens in Adobe and it says Nov 11, but I'd need to find more detailed information such as time stamp for the download. 

Is there anywhere I can see details of a downloaded file?
