I am using adobe acrobat reader on a tablet, we use microsoft office for all files and when i download through microsoft sharepoint i then go into the app, click files, then onedrive to convert them from word to a pdf to edit. When i click onedrive it says "add acount" (not sure why it logged me out), i login, do the text authentication, but it says "failed to link onedrive, contact IT Admin for support". I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, signed in and out multiple times, and restarted the tablet. My admin has tried adding me to different licenses and clearing sessions, it still says it failed to link.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.
Is your company using any MFA for logging in to the account?
Also, you might want to share the below links to your IT Admin for approval checks and permissions:
Approval to access OneDrive on Reader Mobile: Mobile Acrobat OneDrive Integration — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment (https://adobe.ly/3zmOPvC)
If deployed through InTunes, checking in for permissions to access third-party cloud storage are allowed or not would be beneficial.
Steps on how to do so shared here: Intune Deployments — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment (https://adobe.ly/3zmOPvC)
Hope this helps.

Hello,
I am IT admin and one of our users has the following problem, which is similar to what @McKenna37953430zdvg described.
Until recently, our user successfully used Adobe Acrobat with access to OneDrive on an Android mobile phone. However, he recently changed his OneDrive (Microsoft 365) password and has been unable to connect to OneDrive since then - he receives a message when he logs in: Unable to connect to OneDrive, contact your IT administrator for approval.
But our Microsoft 365 administrator says that he is not aware of any consent that he can give, and that the login process is being interrupted by Adobe Acrobat.
Can you please provide some advice in this situation?
