How do I rename a file on the mobile app?

Did you click the ellipses menu? It looks like you have a PDF open. Close it so you only see your list of files.

Hello! I have a OnePlus 9 and have the latest version from the PlayStore. Upon further playing around with it I was finally able to get the menu you posted to pop up. I had to go to the files on this device.
