Files not saving in the Adobe Cloud

I am signed in but my pdf files are not saving in the Adobe cloud. I'm a free user, does it have to do with that? It's been years that I am using it as a free user and saving my pdf files in the cloud and now I simply can't anymore.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Being a free user, you are entitled to a total storage quota of 2 GB. Have you checked if you have enough storage left on your account to save further PDF files?

If not, I suggest deleting a few of the older files that you no longer need and saving the newer files.

How do I check my storage? I clicked the link you sent me but it doesn't show much storage I'm using or if I have storage left. And I looked through the Acrobat app and can't find where I can check how much storage I'm using.
