Fillable form not working in mobile acrobat app

We are trying to create a fillable form that can be completed from mobile phones via the acrobat reader app while our employees are in the field. The functionality works fine from the desktop acrobat program however when opening the from in the mobile app from a phone none of the fields can be completed.

    I am having the same issue.  Interestly it seems to work on Android phones but not iPhones.  I did find there is an button in the lower right corner of the iPhone (3 dots and a pencil) that when clicked will allow edits but the form still will not preform calculations.

    Are you trying to sign the document using the fill & sign feature or with a digital certificate?

     

    If using a digital certificate, you will need the Adobe Sign for mobile app to do so. You can learn more here: Sign with Digital Signatures — Adobe Acrobat Sign for iOS
