Getting the run around

Adobe has been charging my bank account $29.99 a month for services that I have not been receiving since February. I have contacted both Apple and Adobe customer service but neither one claims to have an active subscription on record. In addition, neither will take responsibility for the continuing charges which are automatically deducted from my account every month. So, not only have they essentially stolen $120.00 from me, but I have no way to cancel the automatic payments from my account, likely resulting in continued charges for a subscription that no one can locate. I am beside myself with frustration and anger with absolutely no support from either company.

The e-mail address registered here on the community has a subscription for Acrobat Premium that stands canceled as of 26/02/2022. Are you still being charged?

 

If yes, please share with us the charge details over private messages so that we can get it checked internally.

I am still being charged monthly. Please give me the private address to send you proof of charges/auto payment documentation from  my bank receipts for the past 4-5 months.
