Having problems to open pdf

Hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response and the experience you had with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

The reason for the error message could be that the file you are trying to access is either deleted from the internal storage of the device or there are any changes in the properties of the file made on the online portal.

You can try getting a new copy of the same file or re-downloading it and it will open fine.
