I canceled subscription. I just needed a free trial and I still got charged. Can I please have my refund?

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

 

I checked your account, and there were two points to share here:

1. You already availed free trial back in March, thus making you not eligible for another trial. 

2. The 7-day free trial is only available when you opt in for an annual subscription. In your case, you purchased the monthly subscription.

Also, with Apple handling subscription fees for Acrobat Premium, there's very limited access we have on our side to assist you here. 

Since you already cancelled, you won't be charged any further, but you will also have access to the premium features until the said date, August 29.
