Question

Highlights not showing on other devices

Using Cloud, highlighting in document shows fine. Highlights from this tablet not showing on other device. Tested by renaming doc on this tablet and the new name appears immediately on other device list, but still not the highlights. Cannot 'upload' as it is already in the Cloud, and the name change test proves that aspect. What else to do to get highlights showing elsewhere?

What did you use to add the highlights? Cloud can't add highlights.

Hello,

The RENAMED doc which was showing on other devices (in that working

session) now is NOT VISIBLE - it has disappeared and all of the work with

it.

So, now not only am I sure when comments/ bookmarks etc will upload to

Cloud, I am also not sure whether or not the Document will survive.

Have been using Google and Google for Business. Want to use something other

than that. And as I am using pdf of course I would like to be able to use

Adobe. This will be for my own use - keeping comments/ bookmarks/

highlights on text - but also testing for best, most reliable, easy

collaboration with others. I want to know how to use it before paying for a

number of people to get upgraded subscriptions.

My bigger concern now is that the document disappeared. How can this

happen? Not only is it irritating and a great loss that a few days work has

to be replicated, but, really, where did the renamed document go to? Am I

required to pay subscription to get my doc back?

At this stage, it might be worth it to pay to restore doc. As for leading

others into something unreliable, not so sure...

Please advise how to find the lost doc.

Thank you,

Brenda Sullivan
