Question

How can I identify and merge all the Adode accounts associated to me?

I probably created a number of Adobe accounts over the years that I would like to claim, retrieve the files, and merge into one. I had PC before, and now use Chromebook/Android. What is the best way to identify these and then merge into one?

@jeffrey_8042 in additon to what @S. S suggested, if you are using a Chromebook did you save your passwords in a Password Manager? If so, do a search of Adobe.com and it may show you the usernames and passwords to those accounts

Hi @jeffrey_8042,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

To download files from the accounts you own, log in to https://adobe.ly/4fO5MQL > select the files using the checkbox, and download.

The server will take some time to process the download package (depending on your internet bandwidth, the number of files, and the file size).

You can repeat the same process to get all your files to your local storage, and then upload them to one of your accounts that you want to make the primary.

We cannot help you identify the account you might have created. You will have to log in using the email addresses you might have used.

Any email address that does not have an associated account would ask you to sign up. You can skip it there.

Hope this helps.

Regards,
Souvik.
