Hope you are doing well.

As per the description to create a web page to PDF from Acrobat Reader mobile. Currently, we do not have this feature on the app. However, the plug-in to convert PDF is available with the desktop version i.e. Acrobat DC.

Sorry for the delayed response.

As confirmed above that this feature, to convert web pages directly from a browser is not possible with the Reader mobile app. You can use this only on the Acrobat DC desktop app.
