Hello Samantha,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Liquid Mode.

We have already forwarded this to the product team, and they will be implementing the upcoming updates.

In the meantime, you may disable the option to automatically change the document to Liquid Mode.

To do so:

1. Open Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Click on the profile icon on the top right;

3. Click on preferences;

4. Scroll down to look for the item that says Convert to Liquid Mode Automatically and disable it.

Let me know if it helps.

Thanks,

Souvik.

This option does not appear to be present in the current Android mobile version. I'd also really love to stop the pop-up to try Liquid Mode every time I open a PDF.

Hi @Shantismurf,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the experience.

The pop-up would appear once for a PDF if the file is Liquid Mode compatible.

You can skip it by clicking anywhere on your screen.

Also, if the above-mentioned option does not show up on your device, would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat you are using (go to Home-> Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. The device you are using.

4. A screenshot of the preferences page on your device.

Look forward to hearing from you.
