How to comment in a read only mode on iPad?

I have been trying to comment on a file that was shared to me via gmail. It opens up in a read only mode and I am unable to add comments to it on my iPad.

 Kindly help!!

Hope you are doing well.

As mentioned that the file is read-only, so it is not possible to make edits or any changes on the Acrobat app on iPad. However, you can make changes in the Acrobat DC desktop app.
