How to download a file from a website

I am trying To get my 1099 form off of the Florida reemployment website it says that I have to have a PDF reader which I do but I don't know how to access this can someone please help me

Sorry for the delay in response.

Please try the below-given steps:

1. Click on PDF file, download it.

2. Now open the Reader application.

3. Tap on Files.

4. Choose the file from downloads.
