How to find my serial key number on my app

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. 

Most modern Adobe apps no longer use serial numbers. Instead, they’re activated through your Adobe ID (email and password). 

If you’re using an older version of the app that requires a serial number, here are a few places you can check:

Your Adobe account: Sign in at [https://adobe.ly/46raiAw], then go to Plans & Products > View your products. The serial number of your registered product will be listed there.

Email from Adobe: If you purchased directly from Adobe, your serial number is usually included in the confirmation email.

Box or retail purchase: If you bought a boxed product, the serial number should be on the disc sleeve, product box, or insert.

Reseller purchase: If you bought the product from a third party, the seller may have provided the code.

If your app is Creative Cloud–based, you don’t need a serial number at all—just sign in with your Adobe ID.
