Hi @DelCarmenSocorro,

Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

Have you tried clicking the white "X" icon in the top right? If yes, what do you see after clicking it?

Also, I would be interested in understanding if you are working with only PDF files or non-PDFs too.

Normally, the message to subscribe should disappear after you cross it out once, and not appear for a certain number of actions performed, or clicking on tools that are paid.

The other scenario is when you try to open files that are not PDF, which triggers the create PDF functionality of Acrobat, which is, again, a paid feature, thus, triggering the screen.

Do share information around these for better understanding and further investigation.

Regards,
Souvik.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

What is the version of the OS and Acrobat app you are using? Tap on the profile icon > About Acrobat. Also try updating the app from the App Store /Play Store and reboot the device once and see if that helps https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/mobile-app-faq.html

Also share a small video recording of the steps you are taking and the issue as it occurs for more clarity and understanding.

We are here for help, just need more info.

Hi there

Hope you are doing well. I am unable to find any attached screenshot or the video recording of the issue.  Please try to update the app to the latest version 25.02.0.37438 from the App/Play Store and reboot the device once and check.

Let us know how it goes.

I am facing the same issue with version 25.6.0.39397. I already tried turning my phone off and on again to no avail. No update available either.

Oh! As a final attempt I completely deleted the app from my phone and downloaded it again. Now the same advert showed the option/button "not now" that was missing before. Strangely enough, the app version is UNCHANGED.

Sigh. I was too enthusiastic apparently. The advert disappeared, but when I actually tried to download and open a new pdf, the advert was shown again; without the opt-out button.

Hi Souvik,

Ah, I now see the attachment is -unlike normal attachments in my kids' school app- NOT a pdf, but a docx.
That explains it then.

Thanks for your assistance!
