How to login Windows 11 Adobe Pro subscribed in iPhone?

I need help using Windows  11 login to my Adobe Pro subscribed with iPhone . This to overcome sluggish performance of Adobe Pro with iPhone. 
Adobe Pro Mobile in Windows sign in options shows Apple but clicking on doesn't proceed further beyond following message. I cannot see any notification on iPhone nor Windows 11 including browser. How to login browser?

Is cancellation of iPhone subscription and re-subscribing by Windows the only solution to improve Adobe Pro which is very sluggish in iPhone 11?.

Unless I switch smartphone maybe to less secure but faster Android , I am inclined to unsubscribe Mobile version due to waiting 5 minutes for each email address for sharing and resubscribe on Desktop version which is cumbersome for scanning documents. Adobe is most expensive in the marketplace due to its multitude of features including high security but when my need is scanning document I keep using until I find better alternative. Adobe also doesn't rotate Chinese document.
