Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The application version of Acrobat you are using;

2. The OS [Android/iOS] and its version;

3. A screen recording of the workflow you are trying to accomplish for better understanding;

The issue could also be related to the location of the original file. Have you tried converting a file stored in your local storage?
