Hello,

I communicate through this option to be able to solve my problem when editing PDF files on my tablet.
I currently have an active Adobe Acrobat Premium subscription.
But I can't edit PDF files on my tablet, only on my phone. I don't have all the editing options of the premium service available on my phone, but on the other hand, only limited options appear on my tablet. The most important for me as a student is to be able to draw on the PDFs, but I still can't on my tablet.
On both devices (Tablet and Phone) I use the same user with the premium account. The premium account is associated with the email of the account from which I am writing this publication.

I'll look forward for your answer.
Boris

Hi @Donborisss,

Sorry about your experience.

Would you mind trying to use the option to long press a word you want to highlight or annotate and then check if the features work?

Hope this helps.

Hi @Donborisss

Thank you for sharing the details with screenshots.

If you have subscribed to an Acrobat Premium membership, then Edit features should be equally available and work on Android and iOS.

Looking at the screenshot above, it seems that the PDF opened on Tab opened differently.

  • Please check if you have the latest OS on Tab. Also, share the OS version with us.
  • Update the Acrobat Reader mobile app on the android Tab. Search for the Reader app on PlayStore and update to the latest version.
  • Check with a different file, as there's likely a chance there's some restriction with the file itself.
  • If nothing works, record the screen of your workflow on Tab and share it with us for better understanding.

Thanks,

Akanchha

I am having the same issue on iPhone. I try to "Fill & Sign" after signing up for the monthly subscription, and I received a message that says "Read-only PDF" (error message attached). I've tried over and over again and tried to contact Adobe about this, but their support IS THE WORST!!!!!!!!!!!! Why can't an Abobe rep just call me to help??? Or why can't I call a phone number for support. There's no way I'm going to keep my subscription active.IMG_2860.jpg
