We use Intune Application Protection policies to protect data. No application configuration is used. Might be not related, but I thought I will mention that.
About the issue itself - end users started complaining about Liquid mode being disabled by administrator. I can't find anything in the configuration to disable or enable it specifically. Also it's very unpredictable when the error (feature is disabled, please contact admin) will be displayed:
1. Liquid mode might work on the same device, with the same document one day, but error the other day.
2. Liquid mode might work on device model 1, but error on device model 2 for the same user (same management settings) on the same day. Things might change the next day.
3. Liquid mode might display the error, you supress the error, try liquid mode again and it works. Without closing app or document.
We use predominately Samsung devices and no app or OS updates are available. Adobe Acrobat version is 24.8.1.34717.
As you can say I have no patterns and I'm clueless what to do next. Any ideas/ advices are very welcome.

Hi @simon_6044,
Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the delayed response.
If you are still experiencing the issue, you might want to update the application for the users to the latest version and try again.
Also, if the devices are not IT-managed, please ask the users to install the Microsoft Intunes Application (need not log in).
Once done, they should be able to use the features without issues.
If the issue still persists, please check if the feature has been disabled from the backend by going into the deployment console. If enabled, try toggling it to off and back on again.
More info available here: Intune Deployments — Acrobat Mobile App Deployment
Hope this helps.

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.
Would you mind sharing the make and model of the Samsung device where the issue occurs, Also a small video recording of the steps or a small screenshot of the error message would be very helpful for more clarity.
In the meantime, please go through the help page (https://adobe.ly/4d09XG0) and see if that works for you.

Hi Amal,
Thank you for your response. I'm happy to share the error itself. Not sharing the video as there are parts of document visible around the error:
Users reported issues on the following models:
Samsung Galaxy A34
Samsung Galaxy A52
Thanks for sharing the help page. At this point I'm lost as the issue can't be replicated consistently.
